BTS Takes Time Off From Activities, To Spend Quality Time During The Christmas Season

BTS will have their second long vacation since debut. This is the first long vacation in about two years and three months since the first long vacation in August and September 2019.

Recently, the group wrapped up their official schedule for this year with "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage - LA" and "2021 Jingle Ball Tour" which was held in Los Angeles, USA.

In particular, this is the first time since their debut in 2013 that they will be spending the year-end and New Year holidays with their families.

The vacation of BTS members is a nourishment for the boys' new music activities. The 4th regular album "Map of the Soul: 7," which was the first work after their first long vacation, was full of perfection and the members' worries were forgotten.

Big Hit Music said about BTS' second long vacation, "It will be a time of recharging for BTS, who have been working tirelessly in the midst of a pandemic. The vacation is an opportunity to be filled with new inspiration and energy as artists and creators."

After the vacation, BTS is set to release a new album that opens a 'new chapter' and prepares for the concert. In March next year, BTS will hold an offline concert in Seoul.

The exact date of their return was not specified yet. However, as there are big awards ceremonies in Korea and abroad such as the "36th Golden Disc" and "64th Grammy Awards" held in January, it is expected that the septet will be returning before the events.

BTS Members Open their Instagram Account, Number of Followers Increase Quickly

BTS members opened their personal Instagram accounts all at once on the afternoon of December 6. They freely uploaded photos of their offline solo concert held in LA, USA for four days, music video photos, landscape photos, MBTI results, and selfies.

Prior to that, BTS has communicated with fans only through official SNS and fan community platform Weverse without personal social media activities.

Because of this, ARMYs showed great interest in the surprise launching of BTS members' personal Instagram account, and the number of followers on these accounts exceeded 10 million in just half a day, proving their immense global popularity once again.
