Red Velvet Yeri Receives Hate Comments: Here's How it is Connected to BTS Jungkook
While most comments expressed their love for the female singer, some ARMYs (BTS fans) wrote negative comments, causing confusion to other followers.
Apparently, some Jungkook fans were disappointed that Yeri used the same emoji as what the "Butter" singer used in his post on the same day.
Some harsh comments made their way under her posts, calling her names and even accusing her of being a "clout chaser."
"She updated on the same day as JK (Jungkook) and look at this caption lol she copied it," "He will never notice you," "She copied BTS Jungkook caption," people commented.

Others accused the female star of wanting to be linked to the male star. This is because most of the time, fans try to catch their idols if they're dating by observing if they have the same captions, same-day posts, same outfits - all of which are termed "lovestagram."
In response, Reveluvs and other K-pop fandoms defended Yeri and called out some ARMYs who made assumptions.
This is not the first time that BTS Yeri was "attacked" on Instagram for absurd reasons. In the past, Yeri was called out for allegedly copying BLACKPINK Jennie's posts and fashion style.
