Girls' Generation Taeyeon To Drop 'INVU' on Valentine's Day
Taeyeon's 3rd full album "INVU" will be released on February 14 at 6 PM (KST) on various music sites, such as Melon, Genie, iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, QQ Music, and Kugou Music.
This is the first full-length album to be released in about two years and three months since the 2nd full-length album "Purpose," released in October 2019, and it contains a total of 13 songs in various genres, garnering positive response from worldwide K-pop fans.
Since her solo debut in 2015 with her first mini-album "I," Taeyeon has established herself as an unrivaled vocalist by ranking first in album sales for 10 years.
Taeyeon's "INVU" will start pre-sale at various online and offline music stores starting on January 26.
Girls' Generation Taeyeon Tops iTunes Songs Chart with 'Can't Control Myself'
Taeyeon's 3rd full album pre-release single "Can't Control Myself," released on January 17, also recorded top spots on various music charts, including No.1 in Genie and Bugs.
This single topped the iTunes Top Song Chart in 14 regions around the world, including Bahrain, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Peru, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and more.
Taeyeon Confirmed to Host 'Queendom' Season 2
Mnet has confirmed to air the second season of "Queendom" in the first half of 2022, and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon has been named as the show's emcee.
A representative of Mnet said, "Taeyeon is a representative musician who has led the global K-pop industry and has a wide music fan base both at home and abroad. "
Meanwhile, "Queendom," which was the first broadcast in 2019, is a comeback survival program in which six K-pop idol teams compete by releasing singles at one time every day.

During its broadcast, it was a popular music program that created a big direction in the music industry by generating a lot of attention with the splendid performances of K-pop girl groups every episode. SM Entertainment Releases Girls' Generation's Debut Song 'Into the New World' Remastered
On January 21, SM Entertainment released the remastered version of Girls' Generation's "Into the New World" music video.
The new high-definition music video was uploaded to SMTOWN, SM Entertainment's official YouTube channel.
This re-release of the debut song is a part of SM Entertainment's "MV Remastering Project." It is a joint project with YouTube in which it digitally remasters the video and audio quality of SM artists' old music videos. Through this project, SM aims to shine a light on the 1990s and 2000s K-pop once again, as well as promote the history of the K-pop music industry.
