This 43-Year-Old Idol Attracts Attention for His Youthful Look – Aged Like Fine Wine!

An idol who debuted in 1997 drew massive attention in various social media platforms for his unrelenting visual. Although he is an 80-liner, the male star's youthful appearance will make you think he's only in his 20s!

Kang Sung Hoon, a former SECHSKIES member, continues to attract the attention of fans – even new K-pop enthusiasts – due to his youthful appearance.

In particular, the male idol who debuted in 1997 became an internet star in the popular video-sharing platform, TikTok.

On February 4, Kang Sung Hoon uploaded a new video, and showed cute actions in line with the lyrics, "I'm sorry, I'm so cute."

In the clip, he even made a lovely "flower cup" pose, poked his cheek with his finger, and showed off his cute charm. Afterward, he approached the camera, bowed his head at 90 degrees, and showed cute movements such as a belly bow. [SEE HERE]

Even in the short video, he showed various facial expressions and gestures such as winks, showing off his "aegyo".

Kang Sung Hoon, born in 1980, turned 43 this year in Korean age, but the first-gen idol's youthful appearance is enough to believe that he is still an active idol to date, at par with male idols in their 20s from 3rd and 4th-gen.

As a result, numerous K-pop fans reacted positively, such as, "Did he found the fountain of youth?", " Why are you so cute?" "Our main vocalist is really lovely," and more.

In 2021, Kang opened his TikTok account, and immediately after announcing it, the "Reckless Love" singer amassed more than 130,000 followers as of Feb. 7.

On the platform, Kang Sung Hoon also shows that he keeps up with the latest trends in music and pop culture, challenging popular dances like "Zero Two."

Kang Sung Hoon: SECHSKIES Debut, Departure from YG Entertainment, Solo Career

Kang Sung Hoon, who is actively communicating with fans through TikTok, is a former SECHSKIES launched in 1997 by DSP Media. Unfortunately, they disbanded in 2000 although they rose as a huge boy group in the past three years at that time.

Following disbandment, Sung Hoon debuted as a soloist in 2001 and established his own career. In 2016, SECHSKIES reunited after 16 years excluding Jiyong under a new agency, YG Entertainment.

In 2018, Kang Sung Hoon; however, left the group to focus on his solo career.

In 2022, Kang Sung Hoon is scheduled to make a comeback to the music industry. Currently, he is known to be working on a new album, according to reports.
