Spotify Korea revealed the Top 10 most streamed songs to commemorate the platform's first year since it launch in the country. Which tracks do you think was listened to the most among Koreans?

BTS Dominates Spotify Korea's Top 10 Most Streamed Songs
On February 17 KST, Spotify celebrates their one year anniversary since the launch of the platform in South Korea, and since then, Koreans are able to enjoy listening to their favorite artists and songs both domestic and foreign.
With Koreans now having even more access to countless artists through the platform, being able to gauge which song they listen to the most on the platform is now accessible!
In fact, to commemorate their one year anniversary, Spotify Korea announced the Top 10 most streamed songs in the past 12 months. And dominating the list is none other than global superstars, BTS!
According to Spotify Korea, BTS' 2021 summer hit single "Butter" secured the top at No. 1, which means that "Butter" is the song that was streamed the most among domestic and foreign songs on the platform by Koreans in the past year.

Aside from that, but their subsequent and third English track "Permission to Dance," which was also written by British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, also secured the top of the list, landing at No. 2 as the second most streamed song among domestic and foreign tracks.
BTS' record-breaking 2020 single "Dynamite" also snagged a spot at No. 5, which is no surprise as the track had proved its global and domestic popularity by being the first of many.
Additionally, BTS' collaboration track "My Universe" with British rock band Coldplay, which was released back in September 2021, also showed its addictiveness by being the No. 9 in the most streamed songs in South Korea.
"Life Goes On," which is part of BTS' fifth studio album "BE," made it within the Top 10 list by placing at No. 10. This means that BTS has occupied five of the 10 most streamed songs on Spotify Korea!
aespa and IU Land Within Top 10 on Spotify Korea's Most Streamed Songs
Aside from BTS, only two other K-Pop stars made it within the ranks of the Top 10 most streamed songs on Spotify Korea.
In the past 12 months, SM Entertainment's rookie girl group aespa, who has already taken the world by storm and become one of the most successful debuts among fourth generation idols, has the No. 6 most streamed song in South Korea with "Next Level."

While the final Korean singer to make it on the list is the "Nation's Sweetheart," IU, with her 2021 song "Lilac" being the No. 7 most streamed song on the platform.
