Girls' Generation Seohyun Workout Routine Revealed
On Tuesday, Feb. 22, Girls' Generation Seohyun appeared in a YouTube video where she showed fans the workout routine that has worked wonders for her body.
According to the idol-actress, she likes to work out very early in the morning while her stomach is still empty. Since the body doesn't have any food to digest, it would then target the fats during a workout.
After completing her fasted cardio, Girls' Generation Seohyun does some stretching exercises for her entire body.
She then goes back on the treadmill for 10 minutes and walks on an elevated path. After 10 minutes, she would increase the elevation of the treadmill to a maximum.
After walking, Girls' Generation Seohyun then jogs on the elevated platform for 30 minutes. She said that this is what helps speed up her metabolism throughout the entire day.
Girls' Generation Seohyun Works Out Regularly
In 2014, blogger Michelle Cheng talked about Seohyun's diet and workout after she appeared in an episode of "The TaeTiSeo."
Cheng said that Girls' Generation Seohyun doesn't eat anything after 6 p.m. whenever she's fasting.
The singer-actress also does aerobic exercises daily. When there are days that she needs to burn more calories, Seohyun works out for at least an hour in the morning and in the evening.

When she's fasting, she also works out twice a day for at least an hour each time. And when she has free time, she spends two to three times a week at her local gym.
Seohyun debuted as a member of the Girls' Generation in August 2007.

Girls' Generation Seohyun admitted that there are some aspects to herself that she dislikes. But over the years, she realized that she needs to accept them because it's a part of who she is.
Now that she's more mature, she has also learned how to love herself.
Girls' Generation Seohyun also said that she also realized the importance of looking at everything that's happening in her life. This way, she wouldn't miss anything.
