Among idols, Kwang Hee of ZE:A is known for being honest and transparent about the plastic surgery he underwent in the past. Thus, when asked if he plans to get more in the future, here is how the idol responded.
ZE:A Kwang Hee Reveals Honest Thoughts on Doing More Plastic Surgery
On March 7, DJ Park Myungsoo and Hwang Kwang Hee reunited on KBS CoolFM's "Park Myung Soo's Radio Show." During the show, Park and the male idol talked about various topics, such as plastic surgery.
In particular, Kwang Hee rose into stardom as a "representative plastic surgery idol" who revealed the fact that he had plastic surgery among other idols earlier in 2010.
Since it was still taboo in the K-pop scene at that time, the idol gained attention for his honesty, and amid criticism, he was eventually loved by Koreans for his innate entertainment skills and bright appearance.

During the interview, Park Myung Soo then praised Kwang Hee's visuals, and joked at the idol, saying:
"Your face seems to be more settled and sophisticated. You also gained some weight, but it looks so good. Hmm... I'm sorry to say this, but you didn't get Botox, right? Your face got better."
Kwang Hee who is known for his closeness to Park counterattacked with a witty response, saying:
"No... but my hyung's (park) dark circles disappeared under your eyes. You used to look like you have full of grudges."
As they continued with the topic of plastic surgery, Park directly asked:
"Do you have plans to get (more) plastic surgery in the future?"
Kwang Hee confessed he is not planning to get plastic surgery any moment from now, but he is considering in the future under circumstances.
"I actually don't have time to get plastic surgery. If I get plastic surgery, I have to keep enough rest as the doctor advised, but I don't have time to. It's not something doctors say for no reason. If there is not enough rest, there is a high possibility of inflammation."
Earlier in the broadcast, Kwang Hee opened up about her full schedule, and said:
"These days, the number of fixed programs I appear has increased to four or five. I think I'm appearing on a lot of meaningful programs."
However, the idol didn't firmly erase the possibility of undergoing more surgeries, adding:
"If plastic surgery technology develops further in 10 years, I want to work as an actor at that time. I want to play the role of a crown prince."
Kwang Hee Shares Why He Was Given the Nickname 'Paju Silicon Valley'
On the same day, Kwang Hee explained why one of the nicknames given to him is "Paju Silicon Valley."
"One of my nicknames is 'Paju Silicon Valley.' I live near Paju and I have a lot of silicon on my face, so I tried to make a fun nickname. If I go out on MBC's entertainment show 'King of Mask Singer', I will appear under that nickname."
In 2019, Kwang Hee revealed that he have plastic surgery all over his face except his cheekbone since early 2010s.
For this reason, Park Myung Soo advised the idol:
"But plastic surgery should not be excessive. I wish you could stop now."
