Taiwanese Actor Slammed For Leaving Sexually Inappropriate Comments About TXT Huening Kai, Yeonjun
On March 11, a Taiwanese-based Facebook page made a post concerning TXT. In the photo, the TXT members from left to right are Taehyun, Soobin, Huening Kai, Yeonjun and Beomgyu.
Among the comments, one from a verified account stood out.
The account reportedly belongs to Aaron Yan, a Taiwanese singer-actor mostly known as a former member of Fahrenheit. Under the post, the actor left a comment that read:
"I want to take off the pants of the one standing in the middle."
The one standing in the middle is Huening Kai, the group's maknae.

A Facebook user replied to the comment, asking if Aaron Yan was using the wrong account. Aaron Yan replied to the comment, saying:
"This is just regular lust. I am not using anybody else's account."
Another Facebook user replied to the comment, asking, "You want to do WHAT to Huening Kai?" Aaron Yan also responded to this comment, saying, "Or should I change to the one on the right?" The one on the right is Yeonjun.

While it has not been confirmed if the account is actually Aaron Yan's, the fact that it is verified is enough proof for most internet users. Many agreed that the comments were sexually inappropriate and bordered on sexual harassment towards the young male idols.
Others were also uncomfortable due to the age difference between Aaron Yan and the TXT members.
For reference, Aaron Yan was born in 1985, while Yeonjun was born in 1999 and Huening Kai was born in 2002.

Back in 2018, Aaron Yan was publicly outed as gay by his ex-boyfriend, who accused him of three-timing during their relationship. People criticized the singer-actor for cheating and his image was seriously tainted due to the scandal.
Others believe that if it was confirmed Aaron Yan made the comments, it might be the last straw for him.
Comments regarding the situation read, "No matter what sexuality you identify with, the most basic this is to respect other's bodies. If you can't do that, you do not deserve respect," "Sexual harassment is not something we can just shrug off," "Lust what? Isn't this public sexual harassment? Huening Kai is still so young," and "How can an Asian star behave like this? TXT is so young they could be his kids."
