Cube Entertainment Announce CLC Seungyeon and Yeeun Leave Label Following Contract Expiration

On March 18, Cube Entertainment, home to girl group CLC, issued an official statement through the group's official social media accounts. Members Sungyeon and Yeeun have decided to leave the label after seven years following the expiration of their exclusive contracts.

Cube Entertainment's statement below:

"Hello.

This is Cube Entertainment.

We would like to inform you that the exclusive contracts with our artists Chang Seungyeon and Jang Yeeun have expired.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to Chang Seungyeon and Jang Yeeun for staying with us for seven years since their debut.

We would also like to thank the fans again for sending unstinting love to the two members, and kinly ask you to continue sending them lots of love and support.

We wish them the best in their future endeavors.

Thank you."

This would mean that Seungyeon and Yeeun are the third and fourth CLC members to leave Cube Entertainment. Member Elkie parted ways with the label back in February of last year, followed by the group's Thai member Sorn in November 2021.
