In the episode, there's a scene where it was shown that before the face-to-face meeting, Kepler and the production team had a serious conversation.

The production team revealed that they were aware of the possible issues of casting Kep1er. They confessed that they had initial worries as well. However, they added:

"We don't invite Kep1er because they belong to our own company. Kep1er's debut stage and activities were good. You are the ones who convinced the production team with your skills."

In response, the members who were moved by the words shed tears.

Hikaru said:

"We always said, 'Let's always work hard so that we don't get misunderstood that because we're Mnet, we do well'.''

But it's good to hear from the production team like this. That was what I wanted to hear the most.

She then burned her will, saying:

"I will show it on stage so as not to be misunderstood anymore."

At that point, the group vowed to not only do well but do better than the other groups.

Dayeon also cheered on the group, saying:

“If we don’t do well in this round, it's like confirming we are here because we are 'Mnet's daughters.' We want to exert all of our effort and showcase that we are here for our skills."
