1. TAN
TAN was formed through the survival show "The Wild Idol." Out of 45 contestants, only seven made the lineup. The group consists of Changsun, Jooan, Jaejun, Sunghyuk, Hyunyeop, Taehoon, and Jiseong.
Several members already had experience in the industry before debuting in TAN. Jaejun was a former member of C-Clown with the stage name Maru. The group disbanded in 2015, and he re-debuted with TREI in 2019, but they disbanded in 2020. He made his third debut in the duo JT&Marcus in 2021.
Changsun debuted in 24K in 2016 and is still a member of the group. Sanghyul competed in "Produce 101 Season 2." After ranking 31st place, he debuted in Rainz. Jooan debuted in We in the Zone in 2019, but the group disbanded in 2021. Jiseong is a member of the group NTX.
Taehoon had a minor role in the web drama "Cap-Teen."
They officially debuted on March 10 with the mini-album "1TAN" and the lead single "Du Du Du."
2. Tempest
Tempest is a boy group under Yuehua Entertainment. The group comprises members Hanbin, Hyeongseop, Hyuk, Eunchan, Lew, Hwarang, and Taerae.
Several members have industry experience already. Hyeongseop and Lew competed in "Produce 101 Season 2." After the show ended, they debuted in the duo Hyeonseop X Euiwoong in 2017. Hwarang, on the other hand, competed in MBC's "Under Nineteen."
Hanbin competed on "I-Land" in 2020 and was previously signed under BELIFT Lab. He remained with the company for half a year more before terminating his contract and signing with Yuehua Entertainment.
Tempest debuted on March 2, 2022, with the mini-album "It's Me, It's We" and the lead single "Bad News."
3. Younite
Younite is a group under Brand New Music. The group is comrpised of Eunho, Steve, Hyunseung, Eunsang, Hyungseok, Woono, Dey, Kyungmun, and Sion.
Eunsang previously competed on "Produce X 101" and debuted with X1. He debuted in August 2019, but they disbanded in January 2020. He made his solo debut in August 2020.
Kyungmun competed on the survival show "LOUD" as a JYP Entertainment representative. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the fifth round.
Younite debuted on April 20, 2022, with the mini-album "Youni-Birth," and the lead single, "1 of 9."
4. ASTRO - Jinjin & Rocky
Jinjin & Rocky is the second official sub-unit of ASTRO. The first sub-unit, composed of Moon Bin and Yoon Sanha, debuted in September 2020.
Jinjin & Rocky's debut was confirmed on December 27, 2021. They officially debuted on January 17, 2022, with the mini-album "Restore" and its lead single, "Just Breath." The two members were actively involved in producing the songs in the album.
"Recover" is an album that aims to bring warmth and comfort amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
5. TNX
TNX has not officially debuted, but they made the list because they are highly anticipated!
TNX is P Nation's first boy group and is set to debut on May 17, 2022. They were formed through the SBS survival show, "LOUD." Out of 75 contestants, seven made the official line-up. However, the group was reduced to six members after Koko Tanaka left the line-up in January 2022 due to his young age.
The group will debut on May 17, 2022, with the mini-album "Way Up." TNX comprises Kyungjun, Taeho, Hyunsoo, Junhyeok, Hwi, and Sungjun.
