BLACKPINK Lisa Rumored to Appear on Competition Show 'Street Dance of China 5'
Recently on May 18 KST, Chinese streaming provider Youku released a promotion showing the guest lineup for the upcoming fifth season of the Chinese dance competition show "Street Dance of China."
In this promotion, BLACKPINK's Thai member Lisa can be seen among the guest lineup for the show, alongside other famous male Chinese stars such as Wang Yibo (UNIQ member), William Chan, Han Geng (former Super Junior member), and Vanness Wu who are slated to appear on "Street Dance of China."
It is said that "Street Dance of China 5" is scheduled to air sometime between late July and early August, and that the final four captains for the show will be selected from the guest lineup mentioned above.
However, there is currently no official announcement regarding whether or not Lisa is actually going to make an appearance on "Street Dance of China 5," although the rumor regarding her appearance on the show has been surfacing through the months.
While netizens and fans doubt Lisa would be participating on the show due to China's current restrictions with the rising COVID-19 cases in the country, others believe that she is likely to shoot her parts in South Korea if she is confirmed to make an appearance.

Others have also expressed their doubts that she would even join the show, given that BLACKPINK might make a comeback during the summer later this year, and in turn would make Lisa busy with her group's promotions.
Despite the doubts, many are still hoping that Lisa would appear on the show and show off her amazing dance skills. In fact, Lisa is well known for her top-notch dance skills, which is why she is the main dancer in BLACKPINK.
Not only that, but Lisa also has experience being on a Chinese competition program, as she made headlines for being a dance mentor in the second and third season of the Chinese idol survival program, "Youth With You."
If she were to appear on the show, Lisa would surely make waves once again.
