With 1.7 million stock pre-orders, SEVENTEEN's "Face the Sun" had already broken the band's personal record for highest pre-order amount. Their latest mini-album "Attacca" only had 1.4 million stock pre-orders in September of last year.

Now, "Face the Sun" has extended its record as SEVENTEEN's most pre-ordered album, crossing two million stock pre-orders seven days before its official release.

As there's still a week left before the group's comeback on May 27 at 1 p.m. KST, it remains to be seen whether the album's pre-order volume will grow over the next seven days.

Interest is also now focused on whether SEVENTEEN would be able to earn a "double-million seller" title with "Face the Sun" alone.

SEVENTEEN's "HOT" is a song that combines the hip-hop genre with the western guitar sound. It shows the group's unique heavy and passionate identity, and at the same time, reveals a strong will to become "The Sun" in this world. Moreover, it is a track that intensely depicts the image of SEVENTEEN who bravely advances their own path in the face of the scorching sun.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will hold a comeback show for their fourth studio album "Face the Sun" on May 28 at 7 p.m. KST. The event will be broadcast live worldwide through the HYBE Labels YouTube channel, Naver Now, and Line Music.
