Who says a song can't be good if it doesn't have rap parts? From IVE's "Eleven" to EVERGLOW's "Bon Bon Chocolat," these eight K-pop debut songs beg to differ as they are iconic even without raps!
1. IVE - 'ELEVEN'
On December 1, 2021, IVE debuted with the single album, "ELEVEN," and the title track of the same name.
"ELEVEN" is a dance-pop song that lyrically talks about a girl's heart who is in love. The song earned praise for its unique composition and the group's eye-catching choreography.
2. aespa - 'Black Mamba'
On November 17, 2020, aespa debuted with the digital single, "Black Mamba."
"Black Mamba" is an electropop and dance-pop song that highlights the vocals of the four members. Lyrically, aespa sings about the "Black Mamba" that threatens the girls' connections with their avatars and their world.
3. STAYC - 'SO BAD'

"Given-Taken" is a dark song that expresses complicated emotions after achieving their dream of debuting. The song ponders whether they were given their chance to debut or if they took it for themselves.
5. NCT U - 'Without You'
On April 9, 2016, NCT U debuted with the double digital single "The 7th Sense" and "Without You."
This song features the vocal line of NCT U at the time, namely Jaehyun, Doyoung, and Taeil. Kun featured on the Chinese version of the song but was not formally introduced as an NCT member at the time.
6. Girls' Generation - 'Into The New World'
Girls' Generation debuted on August 3, 2007, with the single "Into the New World."

7. GFRIEND - 'Glass Bead'
GFRIEND debuted on January 15, 2015, with the mini-album "Season of Glass" and its lead single, "Glass Bead."
"Glass Bead" became famous for its girly, refreshing tune and its feminine yet powerful choreography. Many had likened the song to Girls' Generation's "Into the New World."
8. VIVIZ - 'BOP BOP!'
VIVIZ debuted on February 9, 2022, with the mini-album "Beam of Prism" and its lead single, "BOP BOP!"
"BOP BOP!" is a fun, pop-dance song with Latin-style rhythm and disco influences. Lyrically, the song talks about the members' aspiration to enjoy music.
