Oh Hayoung, more commonly known as just Hayoung, gained popularity after making her debut as a member of the second-generation girl group Apink back in April 2011. She has since then been promoting as the group's vocalist, rapper, and youngest member for the past decade. And just like most idols, Hayoung had to maintain a certain amount of weight during her promotions.
With that, how does Hayoung lose weight? Here's what we know about Hayoung's diet and workout routine!
Apink Hayoung Workout Routine
When Hayoung first made her debut, she was already naturally slim and had a healthy weight. But that didn't stop her from losing a bit more due to her job as an idol. But over the years, she has gradually gained and lost weight but has maintained a range between 47kg to 50kg at around 169 cm (5'6") tall.
Regarding Hayoung's workout routine, her main form of working out during her early years in the industry was dancing. Generally, idols would spend at least two hours practicing dance for several days a week, whether or not they are promoting.
With Hayoung having over 11 years of industry experience, she also tried other forms of workouts, such as going to the gym.

When Hayoung is at the gym, she likes to utilize the equipment in her workouts to help target certain areas of her body, such as her legs, arms, glutes, shoulder, abs, and more. She also does several exercises that tone her body and build muscle and strength.
Aside from that, Hayoung also participates in other recreational activities, like biking. She sometimes enjoys playing different sports as well, including soccer, tennis, and golf, among others.

As for Hayoung's diet plan, she takes supplements such as enzymes. And like most idols, her go-to food for weight loss is sweet potatoes! Hayoung likes to roast several pieces of sweet potatoes in the air fryer.
But of course, Hayoung doesn't limit herself to one type of food. The idol also likes to indulge herself in a well-balanced meal. For example, she would have eggs, beef, and tofu salad for dinner.

Other types of food you would find in her diet plan are chicken breasts, vegetables, tofu, rice paper, sriracha, and Minimalose, which is a sweetener substitute that is low in calories that she likes to use, among other things.
Aside from that, Hayoung doesn't restrict herself as much regarding her diet. She sometimes likes to have cheat meals, where she indulges in sweet treats and bread.
