Kang Daniel will be hosting the show, just like with "Street Woman Fighter" and "Street Girls Fighter".
'Street Man Fighter': Collaboration With Known Producers
In the primary trailer, several well-known producers for collaborations were also introduced, including Zico, GRAY, and Giriboy. The dance crews were shocked and excited as they would be working with these producers.
The "Street Man Fighter" and LA dance crew KINJAZ cooperation was also teased in the trailer. It has piqued the interest of the dancers and made them think about what kind of distinctive tasks each round will provide.
'Be Mbitious' Prequel
The show aired a prequel less than two months ago in which many solo dancers, including idols, competed to be part of a dance crew named "Mbitious." The crew will be part of the "Street Man Fighter."
The three-episode prequel showed the dancers who are ambitious enough to join the dance crew. They had to choose one dancer they thought was not good enough for the show and battle with them.
One of the judges, Honey J of Holy Bang, the winner of the first Mnet dance variety show, commented that watching men fight is fun.
A total of eight dancers were picked, and two of them were former idols. One is the famous Noh Taehyun, who also joined a past Mnet survival show, "Produce 101."
The other idol is Infinite's former member Hoya, who was the main dancer of his group.
'Street Man Fighter': Idols On The Show
It was noted by fans of some of the idols on the show that they might be 'evil edited' like how iZ*ONE's former member was during "Street Woman Fighter."
With this 3rd installment of the dance variety series, many fans are hoping Mnet wouldn't ruin a career with how they edit the whole show.
Fans Reaction To 'Street Man Fighter'
On another note, fans of the first two installments are excited that the male version will finally air. They have also noticed that the show is on a much larger scale than the first two, thanks to the success of the first one.
