SNSD Sooyoung shared on the episode that she was seeing a therapist. She said that her psychologist had told her that her mental state is still like her teenage self.
The other member that was with her, YoonA, agreed with what she said. She added that it is like they are "stuck in time."
Prior to that, Sooyoung talked about how her CEO had suggested that she find a hobby completely not related to her work. Because of that, she has tried breadmaking.

SONEs Commend Girls' Generation Sooyoung For Opening Up
It is not easy for idols to admit to taking their mental health a priority. Mental health is still overlooked by some, though many are opening up to how important it is.
So, for the Girls' Generation member to talk about it on broadcast is considered brave, according to fans.
SONEs (Girls' Generation fandom) are praising the idol-actress, saying that it should be normalized already, especially in an environment as toxic as their workplace.
They also comment about how the members are already in their 30s and are freely sharing their thoughts about the entertainment industry and how it can change someone's mental health.
Idols Debuting At Early Age
Many K-pop idols debuted at an early age, and it was the same situation with YoonA and Sooyoung.
However, Sooyoung debuted at an even earlier age with her former Japanese group Route 0. She was only 12 years old at that time and she even debuted in a country that she didn't know much.
Since the group didn't take off, she went back to training in SM Entertainment and later on debuted in GIrls' Generation.
Many idols like YoonA and Sooyoung missed out on opportunities to enjoy themselves as normal people do. During the peak of their fame, the ladies of the Girls' Generation were known to have no rest, and even there was a time that they were in the air more than on land as they were traveling back and forth to Japan for their promotions.
Many experts like pop culture critic Ha Jaekun have criticized the entertainment industry for debuting idols at a very young age. Because of this, young idols are being deprived of psychological growth and maturity.
Simple tasks like booking a hotel and traveling alone are difficult and rare for idols to do.
Moreover, many idols who fail into making a career out of it will have very limited options when it comes to working after their idol life.
