"SNEAKERS" serves as the title song for the girl group's new mini-album "CHECKMATE." Its music video came out on July 15 at 1 p.m. KST, which means it took the MV one month, 11 days, and 16 hours to arrive at the said number of views.

With that, "SNEAKERS" becomes ITZY's third-fastest music video to accumulate 100 million views on YouTube (42 days), following "In the morning" (22 days) and "Not Shy" (41 days).

In addition, ITZY's "SNEAKERS" MV becomes the fastest fourth-generation music video in 2022 to hit the 100-million mark on YouTube (42 days). This record was originally held by (G)I-DLE's "TOMBOY," which obtained the feat in 46 days.

It has also become the fifth-fastest K-pop MV in 2022 to garner 100 million views on YouTube, following BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom," PSY's "That That" feat. BTS Suga, BTS' "Yet to Come," and Jungkook & Charlie Puth's "Left & Right."

This makes ITZY the fourth-generation K-pop group that has the most music videos with 100 million views in YouTube history, tying with (G)I-DLE. They previously tied with their labelmate Stray Kids with six music videos.

ITZY's "SNEAKERS" MV has been gaining millions of views since its release on July 15. In fact, it quickly exceeded one million views less than one hour after it was uploaded.
