IVE Leeseo Reveals THIS 2016 Series as the Oldest K-Drama She Could Recall
On August 27, hitmaker group IVE appeared as the special guest for JTBC's entertainment program, "Knowing Bros" (Ask Us Anything).
During the show, the sextet revealed various TMIs and fun stories about themselves, showing their hilarious side and wit.
Among the members, IVE Leeseo didn't only gain attention for her maknae charms, but also attracted interest by making the viewers and "Knowing Bros" host feel the generation gap due to her stories.

One scenario was when Heechul asked:
"What is the oldest drama in your memory?"
Leeseo shocked everyone when she revealed that the "oldest" K-drama she could remember she watched during her elementary days was...
"The (old) drama I watched when I was in elementary school was 'Descendants of the Sun."
A lot of "Knowing Bros" stood up in disbelief and shock, as they didn't expect that the KBS drama, "Descendants of the Sun," which was only released in 2016, is an "old" drama based on Leeseo.
In particular, this hit series is a work starring Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo.
Following the broadcast, Leeseo's answer became a hot topic among fans, discussing how "old" they would become in the eyes of the female idol if she will know the "oldest" drama in their memories. Some commented:
"It's 'Sandglass' (1995) for me."
"I remember 'Coffee Prince' (2007), Leeseo was only born that year, I'm crying."

What's more shocking is that in Leeseo's perspective, she watched the drama when she was only 10 years old!
In the same broadcast, Leeseo also shared that two of the members Kim Young Chul and Seo Jang Hoon who were born in 1974 were the same age as her father. The whole cast then teased the latter that it's like a "Take Your Parent to School" day for them, drawing laughter.
