On Oct. 13, aespa arrived at Incheon airport for their flight to the United States for "KAMP LA 2022" in Los Angeles, California. The event will take place at Rose Bowl Stadium from Oct. 15 to 16.

"KAMP LA" is a new K-pop festival coming to Los Angeles, organized by South Korea-based immersive entertainment brand KAMP Global alongside Eventim Live Asia (ELA). The event is in collaboration with Dingo Music and local Los Angeles artist Kenny Scharf.

At Incheon airport, only three aespa members arrived, namely Karina, Winter, and Ningning. It is said that Giselle is scheduled to travel to the U.S. today, Oct. 14.

Aside from Giselle not being with them yesterday, another thing stood out to netizens- and that is Winter holding letters in her hand. As she began walking toward the airport, she was seen handing out the letters to every MY she encountered.

Even when she was already inside, aespa Winter continued to approach the fans and made sure to give the letters she wrote for them. She also received letters from the fans herself.

MYs who were able to receive one took to social media to share a photo of the idol's handwritten letter. Even if many don't understand Korean, the length of each letter showed how much heart went into them.

Meanwhile, aespa returned to the music scene on July 8 with their second mini-album "Girls," which sold more than 1.12 million copies on the Hanteo Chart in the first week of its release. The same album recorded an even higher figure of 1.4 million copies on the Circle Chart.

In addition to that, the music video for the album's title track, also called "Girls," surpassed 100 million views on YouTube just two months, eight days, and nine hours after it was uploaded. This is their fourth time reaching the milestone, following "Black Mamba," "Next Level," and "Savage."
