Soloist Fest in October: Park Ji Hoon, Lee Chaeyeon, Kwon Eun Bi, More Drop Respective New Albums
From October 12 to 18, there are numerous soloists who took over the K-pop scene with their latest releases. Incredibly, most of them were products of Mnet's "Produce" series!
Starting with Park Ji Hoon, the former Wanna One member unveiled its sixth mini-album, "THE ANSWER" along the title track, "Nitro."

Former IZ*ONE Lee Chaeyeon and Kwon Eun Bi once again met as solo artists with their solo albums, "HUSH RUSH" and "Lethality," respectively.
NU'EST Baekho challenged himself then as a soloist with his first mini-album, "Absolute Zero," officially starting his full-fledged career as a soloist.
All of the aforementioned stars had their comeback on October 12.
Meanwhile, Wonho also drew attention after dropping his second single album, "Bittersweet." On the same day, the MV for its title track, "Don't Regret" was also posted on the 14th.
On October 17, Lee Chan Hyuk present his own sound outside AKMU by releasing his first solo album, "ERROR" and the title track, "Panorama."

In regards to K-pop groups, Kep1er became the first runner who opened the girl group competition this October. On the 13th, the nonet unveiled its third mini-album, "TROUBLESHOOTER," along with the lead track, "We Fresh." In the MV, the nine members transformed into girl heroes with unique abilities. The song wants to convey the message that "we can overcome difficulties if we are together."
On October 17, LE SSERAFIM who made its first comeback following its debut gained attention for its second mini-album, "ANTIFRAGILE,", which introduces a main track with the same name. The song narrates the quintet's desire to grow bolder and stronger as they face many ordeals.
On the same day, (G)I-DLE dropped its much-anticipated return to the music scene with " I LOVE," following success with the previous release, "TOMBOY." As of the 19th, its MV already surpassed 30M YouTube views.
Among these top-tier fourth-gen girl groups, some boy groups challenged their impact by releasing their new albums in the same month such as UP10TION, which released its 11th mini-album, "Code Name: Arrow" on the 12th.
N.Flying, who beat the "7-Year Curse" also flaunted their unrelenting sound with eight mini-album, "Dearest" on Oct. 17.
