Group After School's Jungah and Nana revealed their expert level pole dance.

Today, in teaser images, Jungah and Nana held onto poles only using legs or arms, creating a beautiful image. Jungah held onto the pole with only one leg and foot and Nana hung backwards with only her legs.

After School has been intensely preparing for their comeback since 6 months ago to prepare for this difficult-level performance.

After School will be releasing their music tomorrow and have their comeback stage on Mnet "M! Countdown."
