Here's what people are saying.
PENTAGON Hui Slammed For Gaining More Recognition Than 'Boys Planet' Trainees
On March 1, netizens recalled PENTAGON Hui attending award shows in the middle of "Boys Planet" arrangements.
Netizens also called out Hui for wearing a PENTAGON in-ear gadget during their "Love Me Right" performance on "Boys Planet." Apart from his appearance, netizens stated how unfair it was for Hui to "steal" someone's spot on the show.

"This is a program where votes come in based on your popularity. He had an opportunity to gain more recognition than others. Don't you think that's problematic?"
"It's not like his group is a flop either. He has a place where he can go back to, so I don't understand why he's even on the show."
"What's even more is that he wore a Pentagon fandom's in-ear on Boys Planet's stages."
"What does he think 'Boys Planet' is for? He's the legendary deceitful singer."
"Even for 02'ers and 03'ers, it's almost too late to debut. Imagine a 93'er appearing here and stealing someone's spot."
"Seriously he's too much. He's not even thinking of quitting his existing group meanwhile he's there stealing a young kid's spot."
Why Did PENTAGON Hui Join As 'Boys Planet' Participant?
On February 9, PENTAGON Hui shared why he joined "Boys Planet."
After an amazing performance of BLACKPINK's "Shut Down," the idol clarified that he needed a change of environment, and pointed out how fast-paced K-pop became after his military discharge.
When Hui returned to the industry, he confessed that a lot has changed on PENTAGON and their workflow.
The idol stated:
"It was the first time we got rejected so much. The thought of us not appealing enough to work with made me very sad."
