TWICE Becomes First K-pop Female to Attain Biggest US Week Sales, 'READY TO BE' Debuts at Billboard 200

On March 19, TWICE has become the first female K-pop artist to achieve the biggest week sales in the U.S. with their 12th mini album "READY TO BE."

It has also achieved a milestone on Spotify, where "READY TO BE" garnered 27.7 million streams in its first week of release. This beat TWICE's member Nayeon's record of 23.6 million streams with solo debut album "IM NAYEON."

"BETWEEN 1&2" also surpassed TXT's "minisode 2: Thursday's Child," which accumulated 27.58 million streams. Its title track "Talk that Talk" also received 13.24 million streams from August 26 to September 1, 2022, securing the 13th highest first-week streams for K-pop songs in 2022.
