This fandom protested against a company and "exposed" their mistreatment to a K-pop girl group, who they claim to have been big if they were promoted better.
FOREVERs Call Out Yuehua For Being Silent About EVERGLOW Yiren's Return To Korea
On Twitter, FOREVER (EVERGLOW fandom) expressed their disappointment at Yuehua Entertainment, and "exposed" how the agency mistreated the group.
In particular, the protest started when a fan created a Twitter thread informing the K-pop fan communities about what's really happening to the EVERGLOW.
As a brief context, the six-member team has been on a hiatus for more or less two years — "Pirate," their last official release, was dropped in December 2021.

Fans believe that this hiatus stemmed from Yiren's absence in Korea. She left the country for China in 2021 for academic purposes and to be with her family, who she wasn't able to see amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Initially, Yuehua issued that it would only be until February 2022, but it would be the last time FOREVERs would be hearing anything official from the agency about Yiren's break.
At the time, the girl group was temporarily reorganized to promote as five members, while Yiren started to accept projects and works in China. The group's maknae cemented her name in the Chinese market through modeling and entertainment shows, and she even released her single.
During the promotion, Yiren would confirm that her exams in China were done, which would make the fandom wonder why Yuehua still hasn't been addressing her return to Korea.
FOREVERs Protest Against Yuehua Entertainment for Poor Treatment To Group
The silence of Yuehua about Yiren's indefinite hiatus in Korea isn't the only thing that is making the fandom frustrated, but how the group is doing amid break.
While the group has been attending multiple festivals, the remaining members in Korea aren't promoted well and fans can only see them every three months through five-minute YouTube vlogs.
In 2022, the team only released a collaboration song, "Ghost Light," but an official comeback is still far from fandom's reach.
In November of the same year, Yiren silently returned to Korea and finished some work with EVERGLOW. But then again, this was never officially announced.
As of writing, the post has garnered 2 million views already and fans are protesting against the company for such treatment.
EVERGLOW debuted in 2019. They soon rose to popularity with their songs, "DUN DUN," "LA DI DA," "Bon Bon Chocolat," and "Adios."
They were just earning massive attention locally and abroad. However, fans emphasized how the company failed to let them grow by treating them poorly.
The fandom mentioned how EVERGLOW is already a four-year-old group, yet they still don't have their full album, lightstick, and merch.
They added how their albums don't restock, they repeat outfits, they aren't given more content, and they are also used as a fast "money-maker" while being treated unfairly.
