On June 4, an online forum was created by netizens, who discussed Lucas' upcoming DearU Bubble.
Meanwhile, Lucas' departure from NCT and WayV was announced by SM Entertainment on May 10.
"After discussing with Lucas, it was ultimately decided that he'll leave NCT and WayV, in order to pursue a solo career," SM Entertainment stated.
It continued, "The decision came from careful consideration, and we ask for your unconditional support. He will now show his performances through solo activities."
