Amid the hate he is receiving, ZB1 Sung Hanbin chooses to be the bigger person and gracefully responds to his hater instead.

However, it was not shocking as Hanbin has always been a "fan favorite" even when he was still competing in Mnet's "Boys Planet" until he debuted in ZEROBASEONE.
Ever since he was introduced to the music industry, Hanbin has been emanating a warm and positive image that led more people to join the fandom.
But regardless of how good an idol is, there are always trolls who will trample their feelings and confidence by leaving hateful comments.
This happened to the male idol when he was communicating with fans through the Mnet+ platform and took his time to respond to some of his supporters.
Unfortunately, the platform doesn't filter negative comments which led Hanbin to read an extremely hateful comment, saying:
"Your life is so pathetic HAHAHAHA please die. You’re a disgrace on this planet we currently live on so go k*ll yourself."
The hate comment was eventually removed, but it was too late since Hanbin had already seen it. Obviously, it was painful and overwhelming for the star, but he still chose to spread love instead and replied:
"I think that what you are doing right now is also (showing) interest. I will hug you with love."
Props to Hanbin for always choosing love over hate!
ZB1 Sung Hanbin Raised Brows For Replying to Hateful Comment
When this incident became known among the K-pop community, fans relayed caring and loving messages, especially on Twitter, even trending #WeLoveSungHanbin.
However, there are Korean netters who have different views regarding the incident and instead criticized the male idol for replying to the hater. According to them, what Sung Hanbin did just feed the trolls to continue tormenting him to be noticed.
There are also web users who ridiculed the male idol for his response, accusing him of creating a "good boy" image despite the extremely painful words he received.
Here are some of the comments Hanbin received:
"I like it when people receive 'healing' from idols, but I hate it when they show off and fight with their wits by giving attention to comments like this. Sung Hanbin is kind so even I find him likeable but why can't he leave comments like this alone?
Even female idols who receive crazy malicious comments from the public refrain from doing that. But he even pressed the "heart" to the comment as if he's trying to say, 'Look at how generous I am to the pathetic you."
"I just fxcking hate how he's not able to stop himself from feeding the troll."
As a result, fans counterattacked by replying:
- "People who say something to Sung Hanbin after seeing this are crazy. Normal people curse at the haters first."
- "Stop it. You have to beat the person who wrote the malicious comments. Does it make sense to post and beat the person who replied to them?"
- "The hate commenter was the one in the wrong but he's the one getting hate?"
