BTS member Jungkook has found himself at the center of attention and a wave of conflicting emotions from fans after he offered a public apology following his appearance on the TODAY Show.

Some fans even highlighted the challenging circumstances, such as the freezing weather, which were beyond the artist's control and impacted his ability to sing comfortably.
