However, what was meant to be a celebration of music and fandom has now become the center of a controversy, leaving many fans outraged.Leading up to the concert, an exclusive raffle was organized, offering a chance for ARMYs to attend the event. 

Disheartening Scene Unfolds: Unclaimed Prizes at Pick-Up Location 

The raffle was open to ARMY Membership owners and those who purchased Jungkook's GOLDEN album, creating a buzz of excitement among fans vying for the opportunity to secure their spot at the highly anticipated show. Winners were informed that they could pick up their tickets at the designated location prior to the event.

Despite the excitement surrounding the raffle, a disheartening situation unfolded as a significant number of winners failed to claim their prizes.

A photograph depicting stacks of unclaimed boxes at the pick-up location went viral, garnering 968.4K views at the time of reporting.

This visual evidence shed light on the fact that a considerable portion of the raffle winners did not show up to collect their tickets.

The disappointment among ARMYs was palpable as they voiced their frustration on social media platforms. Many fans expressed their dismay, speculating that some individuals may have participated in the raffle with the knowledge that they wouldn't be able to attend. Calls for consequences, such as being barred from future events and raffles, were voiced by the disgruntled fans.
