The second-generation idol confronted speculations that she was pregnant and had cheated on her ex-husband, providing insight into the timeline of events leading up to her current marriage.

Contrary to widespread conjecture, Areum firmly denied the pregnancy allegations tied to her marriage announcement. She emphasized that her decision to divorce was unrelated to her new relationship, asserting, "I didn't get divorced because I met this new person. I was already in the process of getting a divorce before meeting this person."
