Following "K-pop's Emperor" TVXQ, TWICE became the first and only foreign girl group to achieve THIS in Japan!

It's only a few days before 2023 ends, but the "3rd-Gen Nation's Girl Group" TWICE is not yet done with making impressive feats!

On December 29, JYP Entertainment announced on its official Japanese YouTube channel that TWICE will be having their fifth world tour, "READY TO BE in Japan Special."

According to the news, TWICE will be gracing Osaka's Yanmar Stadium Nagai from July 13 to 14, while the nonet will be meeting ONCEs at Kanagawa's Nissan Stadium from July 27 and 28, holding a total of four special concerts.

With this, TWICE once again achieved a historical record of becoming the first and only foreign act and K-pop girl group to hold a concert at the Nissan Stadium.

Aside from this, they also made a significant feat by being able to enter Nissan Stadium, which is Japan's largest concert hall, next to the "K-pop Emperor" TVXQ.

Nissan Stadium has a seating capacity of 75,000 and having a two-day concert at the venue, they are set to mobilize 150k spectators in Kanagawa alone.

Adding this to the 90k viewers they will gather in Osaka, TWICE will be making cherished moments into the hearts of around 240,000 ONCEs.

Along with the aforementioned achievement, JYP also delivered more good news to fans as TWICE is also set to meet fans in Japan with their fifth original album in the summer of 2024.

Ahead of the group's much-awaited return to the music scene, TWICE will drop their pre-released single "I Got You" on February 2 at 2 p.m. Eastern Time.

Regarding the schedule of other members, TWICE's Japanese-line sub-unit MISAMO (Mina, Sana, and Momo) will appear ON NHK's 74th Kōhaku Uta Gassen, Japan's representative year-end special broadcast that airs on December 31 yearly.

TWICE-MISAMO will be joined by other K-pop groups SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, and LE SSERAFIM.

In 2024, TWICE will also continue their world tour, "READY TO BE," at Mexico City's Foro Sol in February, Sao Paulo's Allianz Parque in Brazil and Las Vegas's Allegiant Stadium in the U.S. in March.

Worldwide K-pop fans are excited about TWICE's New Year's performance, which confirmed a single concert at a large stadium in 10 regions around the world and is on the global stage.
