Spanish Media Applauds BLACKPINK Jisoo For Bringing Attention to Churro Store
In a previous vlog from April 2023, Jisoo of BLACKPINK showcased to her YouTuber viewers a churro shop in Barcelona, Spain. Following that, the shop became extremely popular in Korea, resulting in "permanent queues" of Korean visitors in front of the churro shop.

As a result, numerous Spanish TV news programs have highlighted Jisoo's enormous influence and expressed gratitude to her for the increase in popularity of their store.
The churro shop owner expressed gratitude to Jisoo as well, noting that Jisoo's influence has given them "a huge boost."

Though it has been months since the vlog was posted, Jisoo's impact is still felt. In January 2024, the churro store, which has been identified as "Xurreria San Roman," has opened a branch in Yeonnam-dong, Korea.
On top of that, pop-up stores for "Xurreri San Roman" will be set up in various malls and department stores around South Korea. And this is all thanks to Jisoo's introduction!

BLACKPINK Jisoo Recent Activities
At a spectacular investiture at Buckingham Palace on November 22, 2023, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol was present as Jisoo and her bandmates were invested by King Charles III as Honorary Members of the Order of the British Empire (MBE).

Jisoo and the other members of BLACKPINK extended their contracts for group activities on December 5, however, YG Entertainment said that the members' individual contracts were still being discussed.
On December 29, YG Entertainment subsequently confirmed that Jisoo and the other members of BLACKPINK had decided against moving forward with a contract with the company for individual endeavors.

According to reports, Jisoo has decided to work on her own projects under her brother's company, Blissoo. No official statement has been released.
