Red Velvet Wendy To Make Much-Anticipated Solo Comeback in February
Red Velvet's main vocalist, Wendy, is set to make her first solo comeback in three years!
On January 15th, SM Entertainment announced that Wendy is preparing to make her solo comeback and will be releasing her second solo album. The agency added that they will release Wendy's comeback schedule as soon as it is confirmed.
On this same day, News1 released an exclusive report stating she would be making her comeback sometime in February.

Wendy, who debuted as a member of Red Velvet with "Happiness" in 2014, is celebrating her 10th debut anniversary this year. She is releasing her first solo comeback approximately three years after her solo debut in 2021.
The idol made her solo debut in April 2021 with the mini-album "Like Water," with the lead single of the same name.
Prior to her comeback, Wendy performed as "I" in the musical "Rebecca." She performed as the lead character from August to November 2023. In November 2023, Wendy joined Red Velvet for their "Chill Kill' comeback.
Wendy is set to appear as a judge on the Mnet survival show "Build Up: Vocal Boy Group Survival." The first episode of the aforementioned show will air on January 26, 2024.

On December 31, 2023, Red Velvet members Irene, Seulgi, and Wendy performed in the Philippines for the New Year's Countdown, which was held in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
