ASTRO Cha Eunwoo Releases 'Love is Gone' in Celebration of Moon Bin's Birthday

On January 26, 2024, Cha Eunwoo took to his personal YouTube channel to release a cover of SLANDER's "Love is Gone." The cover was dedicated to the late Moon Bin to celebrate his birthday.

In his cover, Cha Eunwoo mesmerized fans with his amazing singing and piano skills. At the end of the video, Cha Eunwoo included unseen footage of him and Moon Bin having fun and bonding at the beach. The video ended with a short message: "Happy Birthday to MOON BIN."

The idol-actor left a special message for Moon Bin in the description of the video. He wished Moon Bin a happy birthday and revealed that thinking of his friend inspires him to work harder and that whenever he misses him, it motivates him to improve himself. He revealed he is working on a drama and an album and hopes Moon Bin will watch and listen when both are released.

He reveals that he chose to cover "Love is Gone" because it is a song that provided him comfort whenever he reminisced about his friend. He adds, "Do you know that even when I am walking down the street, everything reminds me of you, me, and us?"

He finished his message by saying that Moon Bin will always be missed and loved.

SLANDER Reacts to Cha Eunwoo's Cover of 'Love is Gone'

After Cha Eunwoo posted his cover, fans took to social media to share clips of the video, praising the idol for dedicating a song to his friend and for his emotional voice.

What surprised people is that the original artists of the song, SLANDER, reacted to the cover as well!

SLANDER replied to a fan's tweet about the cover, replying, "Incredible cover performance!!!!"
