TWS Praises SEVENTEEN & Other PLEDIS Artists for Generosity

Pledis Entertainment's new boy group TWS, often dubbed "SEVENTEEN's younger brother," shared a heartwarming story about their interaction with SEVENTEEN in a recent video on the YouTube channel "MMTG."

When questioned about the care they received from their seniors at Pledis Entertainment, TWS revealed, "SEVENTEEN seniors have all given us their cards. They even treated us to expensive beef. Hoshi sunbaenim (senior) made sure we had good shoes for practice, so he bought each of us a pair."

For reference, TWS has six members. This means Hoshi went out of his way to buy six pairs of sneakers for the group!

Kyungmin revealed he received special gifts for his birthday from not only a member of SEVENTEEN, but Bumzu and Baekho (formerly of NU'EST)!

He recalled the touching moment, saying, "I have a special memory. On my birthday, S.Coups sunbaenim gifted me an iPad, and Bumzu sunbaenim gave me a MacBook and AirPods Max. Baekho sunbaenim also got me an Apple Watch. I was incredibly grateful. It was like I got a complete set."

Shinyu revealed he also received a gift from Bumzu, saying, "Bumzu sunbaenim got me a phone. It made me feel like he really cared and loved me."

aespa Karina Draws Attention For Interaction With K-MYs Overseas

Karina from aespa caught the spotlight with a story she shared in a "Salon Drip" video posted on the YouTube channel "TEO" on February 6.

In the video, Karina revealed that she treated fans to a meal at a lamb restaurant when she met them during her trip to Sapporo, Japan.

Karina recalled the incident, saying, "Two Korean women I bumped into on the train recognized me and were chatting quietly. I acted like I didn't notice for about an hour because it would've been awkward to approach them and ask for a photo. We ended up taking a picture together later."

She recalled hearing them ask if it was really her and shared that the two women even contemplated sending her a DM on Instagram!

The following day, Karina and a friend visited a lamb restaurant, and, surprisingly, the two fans were dining at the table in front of them. Karina recounted, "It was such a memorable moment, so I treated them to the meal. I even requested the restaurant to throw away the receipt because I didn't want the fans to feel sorry."

Singer-actress BIBI, who attended the Cannes Film Festival with the movie "Hwaran" last year, made an appearance on the latest episode of MBC's "Radio Star" and talked about actor Song Joong Ki. The episode aired on February 7.

Host Kim Gu Ran noted that he had read that Song Joong Ki, her co-star in the movie "Hwaran," gave her a special gift. There, BIBI revealed what she had gotten.
