GLG Announces Postponement of H1-KEY's Upcoming Single 'Deeper'

On February 13, agency GLG uploaded an official notice declaring the postponement of H1-KEY's upcoming digital single "Deeper."

According to the statement, the single was initially scheduled for release on February 15, and that it would be dropped at a later date that has yet to be specified by the agency.

GLG revealed that the decision to postpone the comeback was due to quality maintenance in its production and content. The agency also apologized to enthusiastic fans and revealed that a separate announcement would be made after the official release date had been finalized.

Furthermore, GLG concluded the statement by reassuring fans of H1-KEY's better content in the future. Read the agency's full statement below:

"Hello. This is GLG.

We would like to inform everyone about the change in the release schedule of 'H1-KEY note #2: Happy (Deeper).'

We were in the final phase of H1-KEYnote project, which we and the H1-KEY members initially planned to release on February 15 (Thursday) to meet our fans with good music and messages.

However, we would like to inform you that the project has been inevitably postponed, since we are desiring to release higher-quality music and content, with the purpose of conveying the project's emotion and comfort that will reach listeners.

We would like to send our sincerest apologies to the fans, who have waited eagerly for the song to be released, and we ask for your kind understanding. As soon as the exact release date is confirmed, we will make a separate announcement regarding the update.

We would like to apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by this sudden schedule change, and to make up for everyone's patience, we will do our best to come up with better content.

Thank you."

H1-KEY made their official debut on January 5, 2022, with their first single album "Athletic Girl," and this was the only release to include former member Sitala, who departed from the group on May 25, 2022. Sitala was then replaced by new member Hwiseo.

Apart from Hwiseo, the girl group is also comprised of members Seoi, Riina, and Yel. The quartet is known for releasing songs such as "SEOUL (Such a Beautiful City)," "Rose Blossom," "RUN," "Thinkin' About You," and "You Are My Key."
