Girls' Day Put Down Their Suspenders... Dal Shabet Lifts Their Skirts?

As Girls' Day had succeeded with their dance that involved bringing down their suspenders, Dal Shabet used a similar strategy by lifting their skirts and showing their underwear.

Today, Dal Shabet held a showcase for their new mini album "Be Ambitious" in Seoul and said, "It's now time to reveal our bodies" and revealed their skirt dance.

In the middle of the dance, the members lift up their skirts and show the pants they are wearing under it. Few other girl groups had succeeded with such dance moves, such as SISTAR revealing their thighs through their skirts and Girls' Day bringing down their suspenders to make it look like they're taking off their clothes.

Controversy cannot be ignored. The members said that their dance moves are a sign of their confidence. They said, "We prepared this that women of this age may be more confident. People have only been preferring skinny bodies but now, healthy and fit legs are in. We wanted to show confidence that actively shows rather than hides."

Their motivation was Marilyn Monroe. They said, "We were trying to think of ways to show our legs in the most pretty way but then we were motivated by Marily Monroe. Our choreographer thought of the dance of opening and closing the skirt and our stylist made a skirt that sticks and comes off easily."

Their title song is "Look At My Legs," written by producer Im Kwang Wook.

They will be coming back on June 24 with their new song.
