NCT Renjun has been confirmed to temporarily undergo a hiatus according to a statement from SM.

NCT Renjun Hiatus: Idol Takes Break Due To Worsening Physical Health, SM Releases Statement
On April 20, SM Entertainment released an official statement announcing the temporary hiatus of NCT member Renjun due to health issues.
The agency shared that Renjun has been experiencing a "worsening" of his physical health, as well as anxiety symptoms. This led the idol to visit a hospital, where he was advised by medical professionals to take a break from his scheduled activities and recover.
With his current condition and status, Renjun will be unable to participate in his activities with the group. However, the agency assured fans that a separate announcement will be made when Renjun is ready to return to his schedule.
Therefore, NCT DREAM's upcoming concert "THE DREAM SHOW 3: DREAM()SCAPE" on May 2 to 4 will be carried out by six members including Mark, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung.
SM Entertainment also apologized for the concerning announcement and guaranteed Renjun's recovery and return. Furthermore, the agency let out a brief warning regarding malicious posts and revealed that a lawsuit filing against hateful content is currently being processed.

"Hello.
We are here to announce the status of Renjun's activities.
Renjun has visited the hospital due to a worsening of his physical health and symptoms of anxiety. According to his examination results, he was advised by the doctor to take plenty of rest.
We have concluded that our artist's health will be the top priority, and after a thorough discussion with Renjun, we have decided to focus on his treatment and recovery.
As a result, Renjun will not be able to participate in the fansign session scheduled for April 20, and we will announce when he can return to his activities in the future.
Consequently, six members composed of Mark, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung, will be holding NCT DREAM's third concert 'THE DREAM SHOW 3: DREAM()SCAPE" from May 2 to 4.
We would also like to send our sincerest apologies, and we will do our best to make sure that Renjun is in good health and can return to fans.
Additionally, we are consistently monitoring for malicious posts, which include, slander, sexual harassment, dissemination of false information, insults, and defamation. We plan to hold the perpetrators legally responsible without leniency, as we are doing our best to protect our artists' rights.

Earlier on April 13, SM released an initial announcement that disclosed the cancellation of Renjun's activities.
The agency also shared that with this sudden decision, Renjun's participation in NCT Dream's NHK show "Venue 101" on the 13th and fansign on the 14th, will be affected.
