In their statement, they revealed that Yujeong decided to leave the group after lengthy discussions about her future. The other members decided to respect Yujeong's decision and thanked her for her dedication to accomplishing her activities as a member of BB Girls.

In 2023, Brave Girls disbanded and left their agency, Brave Entertainment. They chose to reform, and the four members signed with Warner Music Korea, donning a new name, BB Girls.
