Stray Kids Members Garner Praise for Flawless Skin During 2024 Met Gala: 'I Envy Them So Much...'

The members of Stray Kids are drawing attention to their skin during the 2024 Met Gala.

While idols are known for their rigorous skincare routine to ensure the best skin on stage, some Korean media outlets have taken the liberty of editing the skin of idols to look as smooth and flawless as possible. Fansite masters do the same, with some even going as far as to whiten their idols.

However, the same cannot be said for Western journalists and paparazzi.

On May 7, 2024, a post titled "Wow, it looks like foreigners really don't touch up the skin at all" was shared with the well-known South Korean online community forum Instiz. Additionally, another post titled "Stray Kids' skin under Getty's naked eye" was shared to the same platform.

On both posts, the original poster shared unedited photos of each Stray Kid member. Unlike Korean media outlets, that will edit people's skin to look as good as possible, the texture of each member's skin was clearly visible in their photos from the 2024 Met Gala.

Their pores were visible, and the make-up they were wearing was obviously packed on their skin. Additionally, Felix's freckles were on full display in his photos. Despite that, however, the members did not have a single blemish or pimple, showcasing how good their skin naturally is.

Many commented that even though the photos are unedited, their skin is considered good. Many confessed that they were jealous of how good their skin condition was, and praised the eight members for looking handsome during the event.

Out of all the members, it was Lee Know, Felix, and Bang Chan that stood out the most among K-netizens, with many commenting on how handsome they are.
