SHINee Taemin Makes Shawols Emotional After Revealing Group's Plan to Have THIS Item With Late Jonghyun

In a broadcast, Taemin once again boasted that "SHINee is five" after revealing their plan to have THIS with the late Jonghyun.

On May 19, the "Ace of K-pop" turned on his Instagram Live to communicate with his fans, especially Shawols (fandom).

At the start of the broadcast, Taemin mentioned his desire to get a nail polish on one of his fingers and he made fans laugh by saying he has to discuss it first with the members since some of them might not like it.

Just then, he hinted at good news in advance, announcing that SHINee is planning to get matching rings that will symbolize their friendship.

"I plan to match rings with the members. None of our members wear rings on a daily basis, but we asked to match friendship rings, so this is taking shape."

He also revealed that he already brought up this suggestion to the members and they agreed, Minho even raised the concern about which finger should they wear it.

The "Guilty" singer added:

"I think we’ll probably put them together after the performance. Minho hyung also asked, ‘Which finger should the rings fit on?' We each want to wear that. Let’s wear it."

Taemin then suggested putting it on their fourth finger (ring finger) joking that they even released a song called, "Marry You."

He continued:

"It doesn’t matter to put it on the right hand, right? We will all put together (friendship rings) and show off. Are you jealous? Like this."

While this is already heartwarming enough for Shawols, Taemin truly showed that the most loyal fans of the group were SHINee members themselves, highlighting that they plan to do it with the late Jonghyun.

"Other groups are doing it so we are already trying to do it as well, our Jonghyun hyung will be in it as well so there are five. I think it would be more meaningful.”

Originally, SHINee debuted with five members including Onew, Jonghyun, Key, Minho and Taemin. Sadly, Jonghyun left the physical world on December 18, 2017, and became an angel member of the group.

Although SHINee re-grouped as a quartet physically, they continued to represent Jonghyun and emphasized that they will be forever a five-member group.

Recently, Taemin joined Big Planet Made Entertainment, while Onew transferred to a new label, Griffin Entertainment. Key and Minho then remained under SM Entertainment.

Despite that, they continued to show loyalty to each other even after being separated in various agencies by continuing group activities and close relationships with each other.
