Top 10 K-pop Female Idols Reigning May 2024 Brand Reputation Rankings: IVE Jang Wonyoung, An Yujin, More!

To measure the popularity of numerous girl group members in the K-pop industry, the Korean Business Research Institute officially announced its newest brand reputation rankings for May.

According to sources, the organization managed to collect data from April 19 to May 19. From there, the results were determined by analyzing factors that contribute to buzz such as the participation of consumers, coverage from the media, and overall exposure.

Featuring 10 most popular K-pop girl group members in May 2024!

1. IVE Jang Wonyoung

This May, Wonyoung successfully secured No. 1 on the list with a brand reputation index of 8,145,942.

2. IVE An Yujin

An Yujin followed her fellow bandmate in second place after seeing a brand reputation index of 5,150,510.

3. ILLIT Wonhee

With a brand reputation index of 4,471,129, Wonhee closed the No. 3 spot for the month of May.

4. ILLIT Minju

Minju followed through with a brand reputation index of 3,997,287, which earned her the fourth place.

5. BLACKPINK Jennie

Jennie rounded the top five with a brand reputation index of 3,714,551.

6. Girls' Generation Taeyeon

Taeyeon trailed with a brand reputation index of 3,189,304. The soloist has also garnered attention for her activeness in the K-pop industry, evident in her variety show appearances, schedules, and social media updates.

7. ILLIT Yunah

Yunah saw a brand reputation index of 3,134, 267 this May, placing her at No. 7.

8. Apink Bomi

Yoon Bomi secured the No. 8 spot with a brand reputation index of 2,723,645.

9. ILLIT Moka

Moka of ILLIT successfully gathered a brand reputation index of 2,533,675, which led her to claim No. 9 on the rankings.

10. aespa Karina

Karina made it to the top 10 with a brand reputation index of 2,361,362. This is due to her activities with aespa, who just came back with pre-release track "Supernova."
