On May 20, 2024, Vogue Korea uploaded a new "What's in My Bag?" video featuring the idol-actress, Hyeri. There, the idol showed off her Bottega Ventta bag, the cosmetics she carries, and the wide collection of cell phones she's garnered throughout the years.
However, one thing that especially stood out is what the idol carries while on a diet.

One snack is the My Normal Allulose Chocolate Balls, which only contains two grams of sugar. However, while showing the snacks to the camera, she read that this snack actually contains a higher amount of carbohydrates than she initially thought. Therefore, it is likely this snack will be removed from her rotation soon.
The idol then showed two Otsuka SoyJoy protein bars, revealing that she eats these instead of actual meals. These protein bars are not made of flour, but beans. She revealed that ate two bars in the morning for her breakfast, noting that having one is too small of an amount.

Another item she loves is the Veganery's Diet Jelly 4200mg in Shine Muscat flavor. It is made of konjac, with Hyeri noting that unlike other foods made of konjac, this one actually tastes delicious. On top of that, it is low on sugar!
The idol then gave a small TMI about the snack. While it is delicious, she revealed that the after-effects on the toilet were not as fun.
