Min Hee Jin spoke about the possibility of her taking NewJeans away from HYBE in her latest interview.
On May 31, 20, Min Hee Jin appeared on KBS9 and had an interview with the anchor.
During the interview, it was acknowledged that two executives close to Min Hee Jin were dismissed, and replaced by HYBE executives.
They stated, "ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, who held her second press conference today, was smiling. Currently, two close associates of CEO Min were dismissed at ADOR's temporary general meeting of shareholders and were replaced by three executives recommended by HYBE."
Min Hee Jin talked about the difference between her first and second press conference, stating, "The first press conference was held under difficult circumstances out of necessity, while the second press conference was held after a decision had been reached yesterday, which allowed me to more freely explain my situation."

Min Hee Jin is still facing ongoing lawsuits. On May 22, BELIFT Lab filed a lawsuit against her, accusing Min Hee Jin of defamation among other charges after Min Hee Jin accused HYBE and BELIFT Lab of plagiarizing NewJeans for ILLIT's debut.
The anchor asked, "With the reorganization of ADOR's board, will the head-on clash with Min Hee Jin continue?"
The ADOR CEO responded, "I think the situation is the same. Side-stepping will not resolve anything, and confrontation has always been necessary, so I think this will continue."
She then expressed why she wants to reconcile with HYBE, saying, "I proposed reconciliation from the perspective that a quick decision is needed for the shareholders, fans, and most importantly, the members of NewJeans."
The anchor then remarked that HYBE believes Min Hee Jin plans to snatch NewJeans away. Min Hee Jin retorted that this was not true at all, and it was impossible for her to do so.
Min Hee Jin retorted, "That’s completely not true. In a situation where HYBE makes all decisions, any action I take would be known to them, making the idea of taking them away impossible. I think this was made up for negotiations to defend ADOR, but it is impossible to do."
She also commented on fans believing the management dispute is burying NewJean's potential, stating, "I don’t consider it a management dispute. Any issue that becomes problematic is certainly not good for NewJeans, and I hope to resolve it quickly. The injunction was filed to secure legitimacy for a quick resolution."
Min Hee Jin was then asked about the difficulties of running a K-pop agency. She revealed, "It’s necessary to institutionalize measures so that employees can work comfortably. Currently, the risk of looking highly manufactured is high. There is growing concern that because the work protocol is set, then the work looks mass-produced. Above all, I'm very worried about what will happen to NewJeans. Their first Japanese single is coming out on June 21, and their scheduled Tokyo Dome event seems to be proceeding as planned. Beyond that, I don’t know what will happen."
Earlier, after winning the injunction, Min Hee Jin held a press conference at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, explaining her stance regarding the shareholder's meeting that happened that same day.
