Hyein's status has been updated by ADOR.

On June 20, ADOR released an official statement announcing Hyein's partial return to the group. The statement first recalled the microfracture Hyein received on top of her foot earlier in April, leading her to halt her activities and focus on her treatment.

Ever since her temporary hiatus, Hyein's activities have been adjusted flexibly according to the advice of medical professionals.

The agency also revealed that in NewJeans' upcoming Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome," which will be held on June 26 and 27, Hyein's level of participation was adjusted by the company in order to avoid strain on her injury.

As a result, Hyein will only be participating to a limited extent, and that she will not participate in NewJeans' promotions for "Supernatural" in Japan, which includes music shows and stages. ADOR also declared its resolve to ensure NewJeans' full group promotions in Korea.

Lastly, ADOR also expressed gratitude to fans who were worried about Hyein and assured them that the idol would soon return after undergoing full recovery.

"Hello. This is ADOR.

We would like to inform you about the updates regarding Hyein's health and her upcoming schedules.

Ever since a microfracture was found on top of Hyein's foot in April, Hyein has been focusing on treatment and recovery. A new examination confirmed that the fracture is healing well, and it was recommended that she gradually increase her foot movement over the next month.

According to the advice of the medical team, and after in-depth discussions with the other members, Hyein is scheduled to participate in 'Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome' on June 26 and June 27.

However, Hyein needs a sufficient rehabilitation period, and ADOR is currently adjusting her level of participation to avoid straining the injury during her interaction with fans. Consequently, Hyein will be participating in the performances to a limited extent.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter. We also ask for your kind consideration that she will not be active or participating in the official promotions for 'Supernatural' in Japan, including music shows and other performances for the same reasons.

However, depending on Hyein's condition and the medical team's advice, she plans to engage as much as possible in activities other than music shows and performances. We are committed to ensuring that NewJeans can perform as a full group in their music shows in South Korea.
