Lay is drawing praise for his actions. Since October 2023, nearly 40,000 Palestinians have lost their lives following Israel's war on Gaza. The majority of the victims are women and children. Additionally, nearly 86,000 were injured amid the conflict, and countless Palestinians have been displaced from their homes.
Many Western celebrities have used the platform to make a difference and raise awareness. However, this has not been the same in Asia. Because of that, Lay's actions are drawing massive praise from his international fan base, with people loving how he spoke out for children's suffering.
