Amid numerous controversies involving the group, the members showed loyalty to each other with THESE heartwarming interactions with Lay!

Amid Suho and EXO-CBX's issues that are dividing the fandom EXO-Ls, the EXO members themselves showed what "loyalty" and "unrelenting love" means after their recent interaction with their co-member Lay. 

Lay is currently active as a solo artist in China, which makes it difficult for him to match his schedules and activities with the group. His last comeback with EXO was in 2021 with the special album "Don't Fight the Feeling," and it wasn't even done face-to-face but through the green screen.

What made his comeback with the team more limited was when he decided not to renew his contract with SM Entertainment in 2022 for group activities, leading to rumors that he also silently left EXO.

However, despite these claims, Lay repeatedly attested to Eris that he will always be an EXO member, and he's been fulfilling that promise to date!

On June 22, Lay returned to Seoul to meet his Korean fans as a part of his ongoing world tour, "GRANDLINE." As expected, the venue was filled with fans who missed him a lot.

But it wasn't only his fans who were at the event. His co-EXO members showed their support as well!

Sehun appeared on Day 1 of Lay's concert and their reunion was truly touching, with the latter dedicating his song, "Right Back," to EXO's precious maknae. 

As Sehun is currently serving the military, having him take a vacation just to see his Lay-hyung is a huge sign of how important the Chinese artist is to their life.

Xiumin then showed up at Day 2, and even took a commemorative shot with him after years.

Their unchanging brotherly love undoubtedly made a lot of fans teary-eyed!

But wait, because there's more!

Xiumin also joined Lay's post-con party with another member - and it is none other than Chanyeol!

In their released photos, Chanyeol seemed to congratulate his hyung by gifting him a three-tier cake, which they enjoyed together with Xiumin.

Chanyeol and Lay also fulfilled Eris' dream of seeing them in one frame together again, and the visual explosion is real!

When Eris saw these OT9 crumbs, people also wished that these interactions are "spoilers" for EXO's upcoming comeback, hopefully with Lay.

According to SM Entertainment, EXO plans to release a winter comeback this year with the members, and the curiosity is high if Lay will join them. 

In the meantime, Eris are overjoyed that the members' loyalty and love for each other didn't waver despite being under different labels.
