During their comeback showcase, TWS was asked about their supposed rivalry with RIIZE. Is there bad blood between the two fifth-generation boy groups?

On June 24, 2024, TWS held a showcase for their first mini-album, "SUMMER BEAT!," at the Blue Square Mastercard Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

During the event, Youngjae responded to a question about feeling competitive with RIIZE, a group who are also promoting a comeback. He revealed that instead of rivalry, TWS and RIIZE are actually quite close!

He revealed, "We always greet each other warmly when we meet RIIZE backstage. We hope to grow together for a long time. It's an honor to be on stage with many senior artists who are making comebacks."

When asked about TWS's unique strengths among refreshing concept groups, he replied, "Our strength lies in our colorful freshness," hinting at the group's diverse charm.

The new album features a total of 6 tracks, including the title track "If I'm S, Can You Be My N?" and the pre-released track
"hey! hey!", as well as "You + Me = 7942," "Double Take," "Keep On," and "Fire Confetti."

The title track "If I'm S, Can You Be My N?" metaphorically describes a relationship as the S and N poles of a magnet. It captures the pleasant anticipation of discovering the many reasons opposites attract. TWS's signature bright and refreshing musical color stands out in this track.

TWS's mini-album "SUMMER BEAT!" was released on June 24 at 6 PM KST.
