BABYMONSTER Asa Accused of Having ‘Celebrity Disease’ — Here’s What Happened

BABYMONSTER's Asa is being accused of having "celebrity disease" due to her attitude while greeting fans in Thailand. But is that actually the truth?

Recently, BABYMONSTER, YG Entertainment’s latest monster rookies, held a series of events in Bangkok, Thailand ahead of their fan meeting there. The presence of the seven rookie members attracted significant attention from fans.

However, Asa sparked controversy following accusations of having the "celebrity disease" and ignoring fans who were waiting for the BABYMONSTER members.

During the event, while other BABYMONSTER members enthusiastically waved and greeted fans, Asa covered her face and walked straight through the area where fans were gathered, seemingly ignoring them.

This incident stirred controversy as it appeared Asa was behaving arrogantly despite being a rookie, with less than a year of idol experience.

However, in a different video clip, when Asa moved to another location, she waved and bid farewell to the waiting fans.

Another angle of the footage captured behind the scenes of the Thailand event showed Asa excitedly receiving gifts from fans, debunking the allegations that the rookie idol caught the celebrity diesease. This clip aimed to clarify that the accusations against Asa were nothing but rumors.
