Since she studied in an international school, it makes sense why the idol is fluent in English. The school has been highly supportive of Lisa since her debut. To celebrate her solo debut in 2021, the school took to their Facebook page to share photos of Lisa during her school days.
Besides her tuition fees, fans have also become interested in Lisa's family dynamic.
Fans believe it is likely due to her step-father that Lisa attended an international school. Her father, who hails from Switzerland, is a world-renowned five-star chef who owns a chain of luxury restaurants in Thailand. The two are known to be close, and has always done his best to ensure his step-daughter has the best opportunities. He has also been successful in her musical pursuit.

They noted that Lisa's mother and stepfather did not have children of their own, and instead showered Lisa with all their love.
Others commented that knew Lisa came from an affluent background but were shocked to hear about her wealthy step-father and comfortable school life. Some even speculated that her family might be richer than Jennie's, who are known for their outstanding wealth.

Some comments read,
- "Isn't Lisa's step-father already a highly successful chef who appeared on TV? He became even more famous after Lisa debuted. A poor foreign family can't afford to let their children debut as idols, so they must be wealthy."
- "Most Southeast Asian K-pop idols come from wealthy families. If they weren't rich, they would never send their children to Korea to train without knowing when they would debut."
- "Wow, $19,500?! That's around 26 million won, right? I knew Lisa's family was rich, but I didn't expect them to be that wealthy."
- "Lisa's family is even richer than Jennie's, right?"
- "It looks like Lisa's stepfather really loves her and her mother. He paid the expensive tuition fees and even supported Lisa's K-pop idol debut even though she was not his biological daughter. He and Lisa's mother didn't have any children of their own, but it is amazing that he supports and loves his step-daughter this much."
